The service reads Fastmail contact groups and caches the contacts in your selected groups so your devices can sync them. It does not read your email.

Your app password or OAuth tokens and cached contact cards are encrypted before being stored. The service must decrypt them while syncing. Each device has a separate credential; only its hash is stored.

Data is hosted on Fly.io in the United States. Cookies keep you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics scripts.

Disconnecting removes your active account, device credentials, and cached data from this service. Encrypted volume backups expire within five days. Revoking the app password in Fastmail also stops its upstream access.

Operational logs record sync failures and opaque account IDs, without contact cards or credentials.
